Taking on a major project alone can be emotional and overwhelming. That’s why a lot of clients come to me - they’ve gotten started, panicked, and reached out for help. Often, our upbringing or traumatic life events have shaped the way we feel about our belongings, and doing the work to discover the reasons behind over-consumption, DOOM piles, and obsessive accumulating (a step below hoarding) helps break the cycle.

Email and text correspondence between sessions throughout the month to answer any questions that come up
